The generac light plant engine idle speed is good, the boom throttle speed can increase rapidly, but the continuous boom throttle speed is not easy to increase, driving is weak, or the use of medium speed above the gear can not drive, which is caused by low pressure oil supply.
① Diesel filter or oil-water separator is blocked.
② Low pressure oil circuit is not smooth.
③ The generator light plant oil supply of the oil pump is insufficient or the oil inlet screen is blocked.
④ The generator light plant intake valve of the oil tank cover fails. The above conditions can cause insufficient fuel pressure in the low pressure chamber of the injection pump, and can only maintain the oil supply required by small load. For large and medium loads need more oil supply, generac light plant can not meet, resulting in driving weakness.
